We are committed to delivering high-quality design and development services to our clients. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Advance Payment Policy
All projects require an initial advance payment before work begins. This advance confirms your order and reserves our time and resources.
Advance payments are non-refundable once the project has started.
2. Logo Design & Graphic Design Services
For services including but not limited to:
- Logo Design
- Company Profile Design
- Social Media Posts
- Packaging Design
- Stationery Design
- Menu Design
Since we provide multiple concepts and unlimited revisions, refunds will not be issued once:
- Initial concepts are delivered
- Design work has started
- Final files are shared
We ensure revisions until client satisfaction as per the agreed package.
3. Website Development (Custom, WordPress, Shopify)
For website development projects:
- 50% advance is required before starting
- Remaining payment is due before final website handover
No refunds will be issued once:
- Development work has started
- Design layout has been approved
- Website files or access credentials have been delivered
4. Project Cancellation
If a client decides to cancel the project:
- Before work starts β Partial refund may be considered (excluding transaction fees)
- After work starts β No refund will be issued
5. Delays from Client Side
If the client fails to provide required content, images, or approvals within 15 days:
- Project may be marked inactive
- No refund will be applicable
6. Exceptional Cases
Refunds (if any) are issued only at the sole discretion of Sadabyte management under exceptional circumstances.
